Portions of our watch contain material from the lunar flown Apollo 11 Command Module "Columbia". This material came from the collection of O.W. Nasse, the safety recovery crew member from the Rockwell Space Division. The material was removed from the Command Module external conical heat shield after splashdown. On the Blue Dot watch, the material has been forged into a circular embellishment to connect you with the first NASA mission to land a man on the moon.
