  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in the following components:

    • Movement

    • Case

    • Crown

    • Dial

    • Hands

    • Hour markers

    • Sapphire crystal

    • Bracelet or strap

3. What Is Not Covered

  • This warranty does not cover the following:

    • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and scuffs on the case, crystal, or bracelet/strap.

    • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

    • Water damage caused by submerging the watch beyond its water resistance limits.

    • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by third parties.

    • The battery (if applicable) or damage resulting from a low battery.

    • Damage or defects arising from failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided with your Diatom Watches watch.

Warranty Claim
