  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 days of receiving your order. This processing time may vary during busy seasons or promotions.
2. Shipping Methods
  • We offer free worldwide shipping with a small number of exceptions.
  • We also cover all duties and tariffs on orders to the US, Canada and EU. Please note, customs officials may require SSN/Tax ID details for US and Canadian orders, in which case the shipping company will reach out to you directly. Please ensure that this is submitted as soon as possible to avoid any unexpected delays.
  • For customers in other regions, please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for any import-related costs, including VAT, duties, taxes, handling fees and customs clearance charges. These fees are not collected by us in advance, and we are unable to provide an estimate since costs vary worldwide. Customs officials may require your Tax ID or other forms of identification, in which case the shipping company will reach out to you directly. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations to avoid any unexpected charges upon delivery – we want your new watch to arrive with nothing but excitement!
3. Shipping Restrictions
  • Diatom Watches currently ships worldwide with some exclusions. If you are located outside of our shipping regions, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  • Delivery times will vary based on your location, but they are typically in the region of 2–4 days. Please note, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, nor those arising from external factors beyond our control.
