Shipping Information

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4 months of receiving your order, accounting for the time taken to launch your watch into space. This processing time may vary during busy seasons or promotions.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We offer free UK shipping and standard worldwide shipping for a fixed rate. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Diatom Watches currently ships worldwide with some exclusions. If you are located outside of our shipping regions, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

4. Order Tracking

  • Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order. We will provide you with regular launch updates and once your order is shipped to you, a tracking number with our courier will be provided. 


5. Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary based on your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. Note that delivery times are approximate and may be subject to delays due to external factors beyond our control.

6. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Shipping Updates

  • We will keep you informed of the status of your order through email notifications. You will receive confirmation when your order is shipped, along with tracking information.

  • Updates will be provided to notify you of any delays to planned launches that will affect your expected delivery date. 

Returns and Exchanges

8. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. 

9. Return Process

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

10. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 4 weeks for the refund to be reflected in your account.

11. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an RMA number if necessary.

12. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

13. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.
